Mr. Patric Wells
  President

  Involved in aviation for over twenty five years, as both a pilot and technician Pat’s experience is vast including remote operations, 
  key positions at the manufacturer and all aspects of support. His primary responsibility is for the sales and services offered by 
  both Panterra and East West Helicopter Inc. in conjunction with the development of new opportunities for our clientele. Pat
  maintains an active roll in the inspection of equipment purchased, flight testing, delivery flights and shipping.

  Mr. Dan Both
  Vice President/DOM

  Panterra’s primary liaison with Transport Canada, the FAA and clientele, Dan is also responsible for quoting completions,
  import/exports, field approvals, avionic design, and Quality Assurance. Experienced in both rotary and fixed wing aircraft, Dan 
  has been a Transport Canada licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer for twenty years and has been with Panterra for the past
  eleven years.

  Mrs. Audrey Powell
  Office Manager

  In her ninth year with Panterra, Audrey has an extensive background in accounting and office management. She is responsible
  for accounts receivable/payable, secretarial support of management and overall operation of the office and personnel 
  departments.

  Mr. Mike Tylee
  Account Executive

  Previously an Electronic Engineering Technologist, Mike has been responsible for the purchasing and sales of new and used 
  parts, inventory management and shipping/receiving for Panterra for the past seven years.

  Mr. Matt Weicker
  Production Manager

  Matt holds a Transport Canada Aircraft Maintenance Engineer License with many years of experience including sheet metal
  and avionics. His background has been primarily in the completion and refurbishment areas of the helicopter industry. He
  is responsible for overseeing our entire production program including all scheduling, personnel and final product quality.
